Portrait Pricing
All of my Pet Portraits are done on quality acid free paper or board, using quality soft pastels, creating lasting artworks that will become heirlooms that can be passed down through the generations. A truly unique keepsake featuring the animal members of your family, past or present, or a wonderful gift for those you love, who you know love their animals.
All animal paintings will include some shadows and background: grass, tiles, carpet etc. If you would prefer a more detailed background that can certainly be done, but will incur additional cost.
I can provide framing for your portrait, and most paintings I do are commissioned to be delivered framed and ready to hang. Framing will include a single mount and plain frame in a colour most suited to your painting. Standard frames are either black, very dark brown or tan/timber finish. Other colours or finishes can certainly be arranged.
Your portrait may well look better in a different shaped/size or style of frame to the standard ones I use as below, or you may wish to have double mounting, or other special personalised framing requirements. Please discuss your framing needs when speaking to me about your commission. The sizes and prices listed below are for unframed artworks and do not include P&H.

Mini-Paintings start at $40 for a framed 4’’ x 6’’ (standard small photo size), or $50 for a 5” x 7” framed Mini-Painting. For other sizes please contact me.

Card Pricing / View Cards
Australian Bird Card Series (12cm x 17.5cm (4¾”x 6¾”)): $2.50 each
Printed from original pastel paintings, these four cards, my first Australian Bird Card Series were printed in the Riverland South Australia on quality satin-finish card, blank inside, and come individually wrapped with envelope in a cello bag.
Postage & Handling within Australia: 1 – 6 cards = $1.50, 7 – 12 cards = $2
Emu Cards (11.5cm x 18cm (4½” x 7¼”)): $2.50 each
Printed from an original pastel painting, these cards are printed on quality gloss-finish card, blank inside, and come individually wrapped with envelope in a cello bag. Postage and Handling within Australia: 1 – 7 cards = $1.50, 8 – 14 cards = $2
All other Cards (11cm x 14cm (4¼” x 5½“)): $2.20 each
Printed from original pastel paintings, these cards are printed on matt finish card, blank inside, and come individually wrapped with envelope in a cello bag.
Postage & Handling within Australia: 1 – 9 cards = $1.50, 10 – 20 cards = $2
If you would like larger quantities of cards in one order, orders with different sized cards, or if you would like cards supplied without the cello bags, please let me know and I can arrange this, and adjust P&H costs accordingly. Please contact me for P&H of Cards posted outside of Australia.
